Sent passengers home for technical difficulties involving the sailing speed.
then carnival dream just recently cancelled as the cruise as well due to filthy conditions from a faulty generator .
and then of course there was carnival triumph.
this is not cool!

@RockStar33: Oh.My.Gahhhh I know!! And we are scheduled to cruise with Carnival in 5 weeks for our honeymoon o_O When it was just the 1 ship, I wasn’t too worried, but now I’m legit concerned that something could go horribly wrong…

We have paid in full for a cruise on the Carnival Dream in July for our honeymoon…. I was nervous after the Triumph, I’m down-right worried now about it after the Dream.

@RockStar33: oh wait, whaa? A third ship has gone down? I missed that…. sorry I didn’t really read OP’s post. 🙁 I need to stop doing that. haha
I wonder if Carnival will give refunds to people who aren’t confident in sailing with them anymore now.

I’ve been on a Carnival cruise before, and it was fine. We’re probably going to book one for our honeymoon in December, too.

I’ve cruised with Carnival twice, no problems and we had a great time.
I’m willing to bet you’ll be fine.

I’ve been on Carnival 3x, I think they are just being overly precautious. I HIGHLY doubt they will be refunding passengers who wish to cancel
