I know tha tsolid makeup is not an issue, but if you use liquid foundation, it may be an issue if the bottle is over 100ml.  Check the bottle.  Eyelash curler wont be an issue, just keep all makeup and liquids in a separate clear ziploc bag, just in case, makes is much easier to pull out if you need to!! I travel a LOT, and it has never been an issue if you are neat, organized and packed well, (just be careful with liquids, as they will make you throw out anything above regulations, so just avoid packing them in your carry on (mascara etc doesnt count!

All liquids need to be under 3 oz and in a quart sized ziploc bag.  You might have problems fitting your carryon and personal item in the plane if it is overbooked since a lot of people carry a bunch of junk on the plane!

I think once, they did make me put mascara into my ziploc. I would say to be on the safe side and put anything that is liquid/gel consistency in one ziploc bag, and none of the individual liquid items can be over 3 oz. Anything that’s somewhat solid should be fine (like lipstick or chapstick). It sucks to have stuff thrown away.

remember not to take any tweezers, small scissors, etc in your carry-on.

Also, you can take an EMPTY water bottle through security and fill it on the air-side terminal if you don’t like to buy water (I take my SIGG bottle).
