I’ve thought about this as I found this site http://www.youandyourwedding.co.uk/receptions/flowers/bouquets-to-flatter-your-body-shape-51804  and it tells you what bouquets are best for your shape and as i’m hourglass I should have a cascade too but I agree with you that they do look a bit 80s/90s. When I look at bouquets on Google images it’s the rounded/bunched ones I like – can’t remember the proper name.

I’m going for a cascade bouquet! I’m having mine made from Real Touch (silk) flowers. Here’s what I’ve asked the florist to replicate:

I know that sometimes they can look a bit dated, but I also think they can look very classic. I wanted to do a cascade because my dress is kind of simple and modern, and I felt like it could handle the “drama” of a cascade bouquet. I thought it would add a bit of a traditional look to balance the fun, modern flair that my dress has.
