- Wedding: November 2016
soo we did and out of town wedding and we were working with a caterer via email as well as 3 in person meetings.
long story short the wedding day comes and he forgets to do our late night(ontop of multiple things)
i ask for our money back and he sends me a long list of items that he didn’t charge us for.. However they were things he just didn’t think of at the time to charge me for example: my wedding planner sent him an itinerary 2 weeks before the wedding saying dinner service was to start at 5:30. The day of the wedding comes and my wedding planner has to call him at 4;45 the day of the wedding asking where he is saying he thought dinner service was to begin at 6:30. So now he’s saying he had to hire another staff to come help so I should pay for this.. Also he’s saying I never asked him to bring plates and forks for my wedding cake and he wasn’t aware that he was supposed to cut my cake and serve it (which I have an email I sent to him about bringing plates and forks for dessert). He’s now saying I owe him $500 but these were due to his over sights… Any suggestions on how to handle this?
