I just got an e-mail from our catering coordinator and man I am frustrated! We are paying this company $12,000+ for catering and the only time they schedule tastings are on Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays at 11:30 am or 1:30pm. WTH?! Who can work with a tasting schedule like that? I will have to take 3+ hours off of work during the middle of the day and FI’s job does not allow him to take hours off or take a half day.
I am frustrated and just feel like a number here. I just sent our coordinator 5 questions back and hope she responds!
