hi everyone–
does anyone have any caterers to recommend in the triangle area? we’re looking for something casual for rehearsal dinner (bbq), plated dinner for the reception, and some yummy brunch food for sunday morning!
Let me know if you have any caterers to recommend or if you know of any inexpensive but good brunch restaurants near durham/chapel hill.
Thanks!

Hi!
I just went to a wedding last weekend and for the rehearsal dinner Q Shack (http://www.theqshack.com/) catered it. Their BBQ isn’t really NC style BBQ but it’s delicious. Everyone raved about their beef brisket in particular and I was a huge fan of their mac and cheese. If you want more NC style BBQ then Bullocks is a great choice (http://www.bullocksbbq.com/). I hope that helps!

Hi, I had my wedding last weekend and *LOVED* our wedding catering from Jasmin Mediterranean Deli. They are based in Cary and catered my wedding in Durham – they did a perfect job and the food was absolutely delicious and a pretty darn good deal as well. Message me if you have any more questions about them!

we just had our wedding 2 weeks ago here in Durham. Our caterer was “Durham Catering”. Myself and everyone absolutely loved the food! They were absolutely amazing – the food was incredible – esp considering most wedding caterered food is blaahh. Seriously they were so professional, creative, delicious etc. They’re also semi “green” and try to use local and organic (if you want). I would totally recommend them to anyone for any type of event or meal. They’re prices were very good also – the food was $25/head and there were no corking or cake cutting fees! We were allowed to bring our own beverages/bar! I also had them make a dessert for our rehearsal dinner which was great!
Next – our rehearsal dinner was local bbq. We used Hog Heaven in Durham and we loved it! They have the best bbq around and catered our event great! Food was cheap and they had tons of stuff to pick from – can do a full pig if you want!
PM me if you want more info!
