We booked with MK Catering in Hyattsville, and they were fantastic.  Super friendly, very helpful in changing the proposal around, and they worked to keep things in our price range (which I found was the biggest challenge with the DMV caterers).  Our second choice was R&R Catering in Alexandria.  To be honest, they were both fantastic and it was a tough choice between the two.  It came down to our personal preferences, in the end.

I used Atlanic, there were a few minor hiccups but overall very good experience.  They were really flexible about substituting my selections on their menu, and they were EXCELLENT with the setting everything up impeccably, and flipped the room amazingly fast.  My guests raved about the food, especially the crabcakes.

I did a tasting at Zeffert and Gold, thought the food was kinda meh for the price, although I have friends that rave about them.  I have been to a few wine dinners catered by Chef’s Expressions and I would say their food is incredible and the chef is a great guy.  They weren’t on my venue’s approved list at the time, otherwise we’d likely have used them although I have to assume their price would have been quite a bit higher than Atlantic.

Im using Charm City Catering in Baltimore. My Fiance and I went to a tasting and it was great. The owner Erroll Taylor is also great and very understanding. He was willing to work with me on pricing and menu.

No but I’ve tasted their food at a bridal show and was kind of put off by the hors d’oeuvres they were serving, like buffalo chicken dip, it just didn’t fit with my vision for my wedding.  But as I recall their prices were REALLY reasonable.

I’m using Atlantic Catering. The food was good and quite reasonable. They are willing to create your perfect menu. Try out a tasting.

I used Atlantic Cateres as well and simply cannot out into words how wonderful they are to work with.  From start to finish Raoul was there every step of the way…and the food is wonderful too!!  They are a great price for the value that you get and they will go above and beyond in helping with alot of the details of planning your wedding.  I am a DIY bride and Raoul didn’t blink an eye when I asked him to put out my items.

We jsut used a local italian restaurant but the food was amazing and the service was fantastic! We did buffet style though. We used Giovanni’s in Edgewood. It is probably too far north for most of you.
