Wow. Just.. wow. Whatever happened to the customer is always right?

I’m sure they don’t get perfect files. It can’t be that hard to fix this!

Eeesh. That sucks, especially since I’ve heard so many good things about them. I used Vistaprint for ours (because they run Groupons) and had a great experience. They even reprinted my invites/thank yous that came way too bright within 12 hours of my contacting them and reshipped on 2-day shipping.

I’m going to try them out for ours (mainly because I love how easy their site is to use) and I’m waiting for my hard copy proof…so we’ll see how it goes!  That sucks though…I hope my hard copy proof looks good (I have no reason to think it shouldn’t).  Eeeek.  So far they have gotten my hardcopy proof sent out within about 24 hours of when I sent in my order, so far so good.

Make sure to update us with what happens!

@dottbobott:  I’m sorry you had such a bad experience – to be honest, I had a great experience with Catprint and gave them a great review on Weddingwire. I ordered a hard copy sample for the invitations I designed, and they mailed it to me within 24 hours. I made a few changes, ordered a new hard copy, and it was delivered soon after. I ordered 100 save-the-dates, 100 invitations, and 100 RSVP cards from them and they all looked beautiful (and I loved their paper options).

@kes18:  I hope you have a good experience! You’ll have to post a pic of the results, I love seeing bees’ DIY invitations!

@Mrs. Wallaby:  Well they are not DIY’d by me, I had ones from A Printable Press.  But I will let everyone know how CatPrint goes and how my invites turn out since it took me months to pick them out!!

I really liked that 118lb cotton paper they had so that was part of the reason I went ahead with them!

That stinks, sorry you had a bad experience!  I used them for my Save-The-Date Cards and they were great– also helped me resolve a design issue I was having.  I loved how the Save-The-Date Cards came out.

Hope this round solves thr problems for you!
