eeniebeans :  omg he is massive and so cute!! I love chubby kitties! My parents have a 25 lb cat named Tiki, she gets lots of exercise from running around outside but she catches and eats so many birds that they can’t keep her weight down 😂

Schmashley :   darlinglilred :  Both of your cats remind me a lot of my previous cat Sam!  Sammy was a 9 -year-old pure-bred Siamese cat who I adopted from a girl whose fiance was horribly allergic to cats.  I knew nothing about Siamese cats at the time, but couldn’t turn away a cat in need of a home!  Sam had what I learned were typical Siamese traits–VERY talkative (people thought I had a baby when they heard him talking in the background on the phone), very people friendly, and he had these mesmerizing blue eyes.  I still miss my Sam, but now Molly has a safe and very pampering home!

This is Sam:

This is my Wally, he’ll be 6 in May and I got him at 9 months. His previous owners got him as a kitten and didn’t realize he was going to get so big (14lbs & almost 3′ long now!) and playful. They couldn’t afford to get him fixed and he was basically living in the bathroom. I basically haven’t closed a door since I got him to make up for that. 🙂

He is not the sit on my lap and get lots of love cat. He is always near me though and does love head & chin scratches. He is crazy playful and makes me laugh all the time. I love him so much.

I love a good kitty thread!! I love all these kitties! We’re DINKs lol…and this is my baby. His name is Glenn and he is the best boy in the world. We’ve had him for a month, but he is one year old as of last weekend. He was super shy with his foster momma but he loves hubby and I. He sits with us all night when we’re home. I love him so much!

Here’s my sweet boy, Thor. He loves to give nose boops, chase mama’s feet, and will never leave our side when we’re home. He also talks, his meows sound like “hello” “Mama” and “oww” and the oww is usually appropriately times after he runs too quick and trips into the wall. Hes got the most personality of any cat I’ve had and He made our house a home.

No DINK here, I’ve got a teenager from a previous relationship, but I am obsessed with my cats! Here’s Taco and Lucky… (and no they’re not always this cuddly together! Lol) They are polydactyls, you might notice the extra toes like a big mitten.

We have two furbabies.

Heres Discord being his usual hammy self. We adopted him 2.5 years ago from the Spca as a kitten. He is a total love bug.

Gilly is our 7 year old princess. She is half perisan and has the cutest face. She Adores my fiance.

This is my boy, Tucker! He’ll be 6 in April, and I’ve had him since he was a kitten. He can still be a troublemaker but he’s mellowed out since his kitten days. He very much wants to be an only cat (but doesn’t mind the dogs).

Another set of DINKS here! Professional couple, with no kids and not planning on having any either. Instead we have Buttercup, my deaf white fur baby. She was rescued by a teenager, who was having a hard time finding someone to adopt a cat with disabilities. It was just by luck that we spotted the ad, and by sheer spur of the moment decided to adopt her.

We always wanted more cats, but this prissy missy ain’t having none of that! She absolutely hates other cats and people. And since she is totally a daddy’s girl, he panders to her all the time 😑. We restrict visitors to the house because she gets anxiety when seeing strangers, we have to pay an exorbitant amount to board her when we travel because her room has to be spacious and specially kept away from other cats, she only eats expensive cat food. Definitely not a low maintenance cat, and its so ironic seeing how we decided not to have kids because we don’t want the responsibility of raising them. Meet the biggest little jerk ever…
