MrsBuesleBee:  oh so cool! It’s so amazing how cities have these resident raptor populations. That’s a red-tailed hawk, if you didn’t already know. They have a lot of plumage variation and can be quite light (like this one) or quite a bit darker – but most individuals have the “belly band” you can see on yours. Anyway not to nerd out on you too much  ; )
