CocoClassic:  That sounds horrible and SO stressful! I’m really glad you got your money back and that you’ve got other options. I ordered my wedding dress from her, and had a sort of similar experience, although I think (fingers crossed!) I’ll be finally getting my dress tomorrow.

I want to be sure to agree with you to let anyone else reading know about this “last minute” issue. I too gave her PLENTY of time, but from the reviews posted by customers, it seemed like she was completing a lot of “rush” orders (for the same dress) ahead of mine. I’d say the only way to get your dress on time is to place a rush order when you’ve actually got a large timeframe and basically email her all the time.

CocoClassic: I am having a very similar issue. I ordered my second wedding dress that I could possibly use for the photoshoot. I have heard absolutely nothing for 5 weeks. You know how she says it will take a month to complete the dress. I messaged her for seeing the “Not Shipped” for 5 weeks asking what is happening with the dress. She got back asking extra measurements (shoulder to waist and stuff) that weren’t asked at the ad. I already gave her all the measurements that were asked (except the hip since the dress doesn’t fit on the hip) at the time of ordering. I was so frustrated – if she needed extra measurements she should have asked a lot earlier. She also asked what my photo number was. Is she kidding? Is she asking what dress I have ordered? This clearly to me proved that she did not start my dress.

I replied back and said this is a trust issue and that I do not want the dress anymore. After reading your review, I figured that there might be a chance of her not being responsive so I opeend the Paypal dispute. SO thankful that I read your post before the 45 day policy – wasn’t aware of that.

After the first complaint she got back to me saying that there has been a misunderstanding that they already started my dress at the end of November (I ordered on Nov.3rd) and were just asking to make sure the perfect fit. Sure, and you asked for the photo number.

Every soon-to-be-bride would understand how frustrating to have change of plan. There are way too many of them and I did not want this kind of thing to happen. Now I am worried that you did not hear back for 10 days for the Paypal dispute. I am glad that you got the full refund and I hope I will as well. I was happy expecting a beautiful yet cheap dress, but now I don’t care – I will just go to a local store to buy one.

Would be able to describe how you got the refund after having her not responding? It says you escalate it to the Paypal claim or something.. How does it work?
