We just booked our Honeymoon to Thailand for feb! First time to Asia! Maybe Turks & Caicos in May, depending on how the island has fared after the hurricanes. That’s it for now though.

Full disclosure: We have two kids. One grown and gone, the other a teenager that stays with us 50% of the time. So not technically CFBC but zero interest in having anymore crumbsnatchers and pretty free to travel. 😄 Going to Athens and London this year. April and October. Not sure which trip will be when yet but booking the first by December. Research is a little overwhelming but I’m getting there.

Las Vegas with our best friend couple in January! We live in the northeast, so we have long and cold winters. Besides being a fun place, this will be a nice escape from the cold.

pussinboots83 :  I bought a wand in Osaka, but remain robe-less. I’ll have to acquire one when I finally get to Orlando.

barbie86 :  We aren’t 100% on being CFBC long term, but we want to wait 5-10 years before discussing having children or not, due to wanting to travel so I’ll still comment!

We traveled to St Lucia for our honeymoon in May, and took a mini vacation to Chattanooga TN over the summer for a friend’s wedding. Our next trip is going to NOLA for a couple days before leaving for a cruise that stops a few places in Mexico.

Then later next year we are either going to Hawaii or Vietnam. Darling Husband has a friend who is working in Vietnam, so if we can work out visiting him when he can have some time off, we’re planning on going there. I’ve heard Vietnam is beautiful, so I really hope we can make it work (Plus this guy is DH’s best friend so I know Darling Husband would love to see him). If his work schedule won’t allow us to visit, we will probably go to Hawaii instead. My dad’s uncle lives there and rents out a condo, so we would have a place to stay relitavely cheep there, but we would probably island hop a little and stay a few different places.

Then in 2019 we have a trip planned to go to Ireland, along with some of my family. My grandmother on my dad’s side is from Ireland, so it’s been a place I’ve always wanted to visit. I’m probably the most excited about this trip!

I hate to sound like a total noob, but can anyone tell me what CBFC means? (*edit* Nvm, I am now realizing the title is meant to be CFBC!*) Darling Husband and I don’t have any kids yet, we did have a pregnancy scare earlier this week, which at the time I felt excited but since it’s a definite negative I think I can share! This NYE we’re going to Belize, Roatan and Cozumel on a caribbean cruise. We also booked an Alaskan cruise for May 2018 that will stop by Juneau, Skagway, Kitchikan and a little bit of Canada (Victoria!). For NYE 2018-2019 we are planning to visit Iceland! So excited!

Will probably head to Taos, New Mexico this winter. Planning to go there right after Christmas for a much needed getaway. After that, we will likely head to the Bahamas sometime this summer.

We just got home from a week-long vacation in Los Angeles (we are from the East coast) which was a lot of fun! We did all the typical touristy stuff (we are huge movie people) and really enjoyed SoCal.

In March we booked a trip to Japan which I am extremely excited about! Then in the summer or early fall, my parents are planning a trip to Costa Rica and would like for us to join them, so if we can scrounge up the money hopefully that works out as well!

Currently in Italy (can’t sleep), here for another week.  Montreal in December and Mexico City in Feb with Darling Husband.  A long weekend in DC with my mom at some point this fall/winter/spring.  That’s all so far.  Thinking South Africa in August/sept, but nothing official yet.

We’re going back to Hawaii in November. We got married and had our honeymoon there in January of this year.

We’re excited to go back! Last time, we were just on Oahu. This time, we might spend a few days in Maui too.

Later, we’re thinking of Guam and Japan. We’ve traveled to Japan on our own but never the two of us together, so it should be fun!

Not CFBC, just IF, but this Memorial weekend we’re going to the Indy 500.  My first time and I’m pretty excited about it.

Last spring we took two weeks and spent 3 days drinking in Key West, a week drinking like a fish on a cruise, and ended it at the Daytona 500. I’m not a big drinker so it was very unlike me.

I’m president of my local Kiwanis club and this years meeting is in Hawaii so I may go to that.

We just returned from England and France. Next year we’re going to Jamaica.
One advantage of not having children is the disposable income and time to travel.
Being childfree is wonderful!

Love being CFBC and being able to travel on a whim. This year we did New Orleans, Vancouver, Toronto, Grenada, Hawaii, San Francisco and heading to Mexico for Christmas. Next year we plan to go to Italy and Greece and who knows where else we will end up!

waiting to hear on a job situation that might change things around quite a bit but right now big plan is to add onto a work trip and go to prague and vienna and maybe another stop (work part will be in germany so likely fly and maybe out of there) – this will unfortunately be at around the worst time of year (late jan/early feb) but because of work its half paid for so worth it still!

our fall trip (either labor day or maybe end of sept/early oct for our anniversary) will likely be the grand canyon with a quick stop in vegas and arizona to see family on the bookends of the trip

oh and nothing planned yet but we will be doing a short trip for a “long weekend” for 2018 thanksgiving since Darling Husband and I have our birthday in the days surrounding it so we have been trading off a year w the family and a year for us since we are a bit sick of always having to travel to our parents/siblings house since “its just easier for you since you don’t have kids!” ugh….. if you can’t tell this is really annoying me at the moment

we really really really want to plan a big trip to Australia/New Zealand too but that keeps getting put off cause of the shitty US vacation policy that makes it impossible to take 2+ weeks off if you want to be able to ever see your family for a holiday (and you don’t live close enough for a quick day drive)
