mgrd753 :  sounds like it’s anovulatory cycle.  It might just be a fluke and nothing “wrong”, since with the Coronavirus pandemic our cycles could get a little out of whack with the natural stress of what’s going on in the world.  I’d ask for provera to induce a fake period to restart your cycle; if you’re sure you aren’t pregnant.  Do you chart your nasal body temperature?

mgrd753 :  I worked shift work for a long time (including overnights) and I found the ava bracelet really helpful.  I actually still wear it, even though my temps don’t really matter since we are well into ivf.

mgrd753 :  I feel your pain! I’m CD54 now. Had a very light 3 day period March 13th but nothing since. (I’m normally very heavy to moderate 5-7 days). We’ve been trying since January. I’ve been temping but no sign of ovulation at all! And all tests come back BFN

I have gotten the same, still only CD25 but I think it’s anovulatory this cycle for me too. My Dr. Said it’s happening to lots of women at the moment especially because of underlying stress/anxiety. 1 cycle per year being anovulatory is not a cause for concern according to her too.

I think there is still that small chance that you could be pregnant just based on my recent experience. I had similar symptoms as you such as ongoing cramps and indigestion and when I tested on days cd46 and cd50 it was negative(one in my doctors office and one at home), and then a few days later I started getting faint positive lines and they got darker over the course of a week. The first very faint line came on cd54. So maybe test again in a few days if af doesn’t show? Good luck xo

mgrd753 :  ewcm correlates to estrogen surge (which then leads to LH surge and ovulation).  I would hope you ovulate in the next few days.
