MargaritaVille :  All the regular PMS symptoms.  And a few cramps here and there, which I got this time around as well which is how I knew I was pregnant.  I’d get period like cramps a few times through out the day but my period would never start.  For my first I kept denying I was pregnant because I couldn’t believe it. For this one I just knew.

pinkcorsage :  Dang! I’m beginning to understand how so many have no idea.

Ugh – CD41, still no AF. The nausea and heartburn/indigestion continues. I just wish something would happen either way. Haven’t POAS since Saturday, which was stark white after a 4 hour hold. I should probably POAS again. The indigestion has done nothing but increase since Thursday night. Did I mention the dizziness? Ya, I’ve also had dizziness on and off for the last several weeks. And cramping. WTF. I’ve now been siked out twice thinking AF was coming. We’re at 10days late(r than I’ve been in months).

Side note – I also have PCOS, so maybe my body is just being weird.

This is why I love temping- it takes the frustration out of wondering if you’re pregnant or not when you have a long cycle! When I came off BCP my cycle was around 40 days. I was temping so I knew I had delayed ovulation so I wasn’t spending CD30-40 of each cycle wondering where oh where was AF… it was right on time, given how late I ovulate.

The cycle I conceived I ovulated even later- CD35 or so! So again on CD40 I wasn’t freaking out or frustrated- I knew I needed to wait at least a few more days before testing because my LP was always 9-10 days long. Lo and behold, on CD44 I got my positive test, right on time!

My guess is you haven’t ovulated yet? I skimmed previous responses but sorry if I missed something. I would really recommend temping especially if you have long cycles- it helps take the guesswork out of when you ovulate and gives a lot of peace of mind! Good luck!

Been reading this thread…I’m in a similar boat, I’m on CD 42…no real symptoms except fuller boobies, headaches and light cramping.  Really have to fight the urge to test each morning.  Called my doc a few days ago to see about getting a blood test, and she said to wait until my period is at least 2 weeks late (which would be this Monday).

misswhereami :  Ooh!!! That’s exciting! I got sore nips around CD46 and got AF on CD61. I think I ovulated late – maybe you’re about to ovulate or just ovulated, too?

misswhereami :  I finally got my AF this past weekend.  It was 12-13 days late, crazy!  Back to the drawing board for us. Good luck to you as well.  Hope something happens either way so the anticipation goes away!

misswhereami :  wow, that’s a long time.  Glad to hear you are seeing your doctor.  I started maca root to see if it will help regulate my period.  Who knows.  Best of luck to you!
