I just got the exact same thing in the mail but I can’t seem to find any information on this company.

I got one too! It says I won a drawing but I don’t remember talking to them at the bridal extravaganza. I’m going to try to find out more info because I wanted a boudoir shoot prior to my wedding!

Scam! You didn’t “Win” anything, except the opportunity to drop a lot of money on photos from this company. They buy your information off other shady vendors from wedding shows and send this “prize” to everyone. They will travel, because they will suck the money from you.

They tell you that you have won a “free shoot”, but they will require a $100 deposit to secure your appointment. This money is used towards your photo purchases When you talk to them on the phone, they will tell you that the photo packages start at $240. You have a $200 photo credit, so you think that you can walk away with spending around $140.

Sure, it all sounds good in theory, but when you see the packages they offer for $240, it is ridiculous. (12 copies of ONE pose – after you have shot about 150 pictures). The cheapest reasonable option is over $500, where you get 8 poses in a cheap frame.

The photo books are upwards of $1,000. To get your photos on a disc, you have to buy a minimum $250 package, and then they charge you an additional $250 for the disc. Only the photos from the package are edited.

This was my experience. I ended up spending over $750. Granted, hubby said it was the best gift he ever recieved, and I loved the experience. I just wish I had done it through a different company, who hadn’t used such shifty marketing techniques.

Yup, just got something in the mail from them today saying I was the second place winner so I got a $350 credit for a shoot. I figured it was a scam because they weren’t a sponsor of the bridal show I went to and weren’t a vendor – I knew the ‘bee would have more deets!

I spoke with them and they seem cheap, but when you get into the details you pretty much get suckered into spending upwards of $500 bucks SOOO not worth it.

Same thing happened to me. I would have never done it had I not received the “certificate”, but it is pretty much a scam. You feel like you will make out getting something really great or decent for spending a little extra, but really you will end up spending way too much!!! I would stay away. I had a friend do boudoir photos from a local photographer and she ended up receiving way more from her company, plus her pictures still look absolutely stunning!!

@metalbride:  COMPLETELY agree, Honestly I just registered on this website for a sole purpose to leave a comment about celebrateyoursexy.com. as I happened to be one of their ” victims ” 🙂 When you fist talk to them on the phone they clearly say that deposit is FULLY REFUNDABLE as long as you show up for the photoshoot. Only after the shoot I found out that it is actually “a credit” towards the purchase and won’t be refunded. Also they won’t show you the price list until after the shoot and after you already paid them $100. TOTAL SCAM. Their prices are outrageous. The way they get you is that you start thinking well I already spent 100 $ + I have this “valuable” certificate, I don’t do that  very often, alright I will go with it. So end up pating ridiculous price for freaking 2 pictures.

Yes, I was suckered into this as well. They do come to your city, you do get a photo shoot, then you go online to view everything and Yes I spent about $500 for a slideshow of all of my photos, and five photos of two different poses. That’s the part I was not impressed with… I don’t need 8 photos of the same picture it’s not like you will give to anyone but your fiance.

Yell

There are normally many reputable budoir photographers in the area that would probably give you the same if not better package deals that you aren’t locked into. It’s not much of a deal, just a marketing tool
