I don’t think so! The sentiment is there. Especially if you want to have guests present a middle of the weekday event would be difficult to get people to commit to!

No way! My parents did the 25yr vow renewal in vegas on a weekend like a couple weeks before their actual anniversary. It was the best weekend that everyone could go- which mattered more than the actual day.

There’s no legal repercussions with a vow renewal.  You’re not filing paperwork anywhere.  It doesn’t change your actual anniversary date.  You’re not in charge of the calendar and what days dates fall on.  Just have it at a convenient time for you and your guests in the general vicinity of your anniversary.

No we just celebrated our 20th anniversary in December with a vow renewal. My anniversary is the 19th and our vow renewal was on the 29th. It was an amazing and memorable day ❤️ It actually felt more special than our wedding day because my 4 kids were there to witness and be apart of. Congratulations on 25 years!!!

Congratulations, bee! Our 25th is next year, and I hope to do a vow renewal somewhere fun.
