Congrats!  Keep up the good work 🙂  Are you doing anything in particular- like MyFitnessPal or Weight Watchers, or any workout classes/DVDs?

OH!  Also- take pictures or measurements!  It’s a much more accurate way to track progress instead of some arbitrary number on a scale.  When you start to build muscle sometimes the pounds don’t come off as quickly but the inches melt away as you become more toned & muscular.

@nemoandthebrain:  A friend of mine did crossfit after having her daughter & she looks better now than she did before she got pregnant!  She said it’s hard but it’s worth it- and definitely take pics… she looks like a rockstar now!

I have been pretty intrigued by paleo, but I am a big fan of milk, which is probably the only thing preventing me from trying it.  Still, I’ve heard so many success stories that I may try it eventually.

Congrats on your weight loss! That’s amazing! Good luck with crossfit, I just started a few weeks ago and while it is really hard, its a lot of fun and I can already see my body changing!
