AT&T.  No problems whatsoever.  Good luck!

You might ask around locally.  I know AT&T has terrible coverage here and Sprint is great, but in other areas its the opposite.  We have Sprint and they are great and you can get everything on one package without having ala carte fees.  For us – unlimited everything (web, talk time, and text), four phones, and its right around $120 per month.

I’m in Canada, the land of over-priced cell phone service and where I live….no reception!!  anywhere from 1 to 30 minutes to send a text!

I had Verizon for ages…probably since the time I bought my first cell phone and recently moved to AT&T after our engagement so I could be on my now hubby’s plan.  I must say that I have lost fewer calls on their network than Verizon!

A lot of people have beef with AT&T but Fiance and I have had them for over 4 years and we’ve never had an issue. Their customer service is always great and the reception is better than any other provider I’ve had.

@BrookeClouser:I have Verizon and its great. I had Sprint for years and it was terrible. The worst.

I’ve had AT&T, Verizon, US Cellular, Cellular One, Cingular (before it was bought by AT&T), and some little local cell company and far and away Verizon is the best service I’ve ever had. It works in the boonies of Maine and everywhere else I’ve gone, and I can’t remember the last time I had a dropped call.

What makes you fed up with them?

Like PP, it really depends on where you live as far as the best coverage that you’re going to have.

With that being said, I was with Verizon for TEN, count em, TEN years. I switched to Sprint a week ago because I REALLY wanted to get a smartphone and it was $20 cheaper for me to do it with Sprint.

A long time ago, I had Verizon. I got annoyed with them, so I switched to TMobile. Worst decision ever. I ended up switching back to Verizon, and I’m happier than ever. If it’s just the customer service you’re annoyed with, try switching to see if a different store in your area is better. If it’s a lack of signal, definitely ask around locally to see which company is the best for you.

Ive had them all, minus Sprint. I had T-Mobile for many years without issue, but was swooned by the iPhone when that came out, so I made the switch to AT&T. Big mistake. I got service everywhere, but AT&T kept dropping my calls ALL THE TIME. I could not place a call during peak hours (7-10pm) without them dropping it a few minutes into the call. Loved the iPhone, hated AT&T. I recently switched to Verizon over the summer and now have a Droid phone. I like the phone, and Im pretty indifferent on Verizon so far.

we have sprint & we hate it!! they have horrible service and we’ve had so many problems with them. & we’re also being charged with several extra taxes. RIDICULOUS!! i used to have Verizon and loved it. I never had any problems and always had service. We’re going back to Verizon when our contract ends.

I’ve had Verizon, AT&T and now Spring. I much prefer my Spring service. Plus the family plan is cheaper per month and includes all the data and whatnot. (At least here, on ours.) But i’d go with whatever has the best service in your area. They’re both pretty solid. I sooo dislike Verizon. :/ Fiance had a phone with them and they always charged stupid random “fees.” What? But I think all cell companies screw at least someone over. lol

I use Sprint. I switched to Verizon for some oddball reason and hated it super expensive, horrid customer service. Since moving back to Spirnt I haven’t had any issues and can live witha 76/mo bill.
