inkspill :  You’ll be fine with a 2.0. Just a bit ago, someone posted asking for rings on smaller fingers around size 4.5. dicksonsdoll posted her 2.18 c center on a 4.5. I think it look awesome and her fingers are smaller than yours!

Edited to Add. For comparison, look at this ring by Inlove2001. Her ring size is 7.5 and has a 2.16 center, very similar to above. But, much higher carat in the halo. So, like PP said, it is a balance of the center and the halo.

I have a size 7 finger and my center stone is 1.2 carats but it’s an oval so I’ve heard they appear larger sometimes, I think it is just the perfect size and gives just enough coverage for my finger/hand. I also tried on halos with 1.5 and 2 carat center stones and I much preferred the 1.5 carat over the 2. But I think that’s just personal preference. Here’s a pic of my halo.

I have a .9 center stone with a halo. My ring is a size 7.5 but is large for my finger. I feel like I have good finger coverage!

Mine is a little less than 2 ct with a very thin halo and band!

My size is 5.5 and I love it! I think is just right!

FH had it custom made because I wanted a cushion cut, and he didn’t fine one with the specs he was looking for, aonisna round diamond in a semi square halo!
