@miss_peacock:  I think it’s a good proportion for your finger, the centerstone doesn’t look abnormally large to me and I definitely prefer dainty rings.

not too big at all! It looks great on you! PLUS, you have to account for shrinkage because that is most definitely real!

I worried about this when I saw my stone, but if you love it you love it. I dont think I have shrinkage more of acceptance that I like my stone and its ok to be a bit big. Its big I’m little and I dont feel the need to go bigger. It was a little overwhelming at first but now I just love it.

I think this stone is a lovely size for you :).

@miss_peacock:  Nope, not too big! Looks great. Don’t worry, diamonds have a way of seeming smaller as you get used to them… I say go for it. It’s very beautiful. I like the way the band tapers too.

@Lepidoptera:  Each person has her own personal preferences. For me, I like stones that leave just a hint of skin on each side. The too large for me would be when the center stone covers the entire finger. At that point, the stone is wearing you and not the other way around. 😉

I’m a magpie so my answer is never too big and never too sparkly!
