Just briefly starting to think about my centerpieces… I’m thinking something like this:
Just 3 vases though 🙂
Do you always need some kind of centerpiece “base”? Like a square mirror or wood slice? I have no idea what else you could do!

@kristen182: You do not need a base for the centerpiece. It is entirely a matter of taste.
If you do want one it can be anything that works with your wedding theme- an empty picture frame, a silver tray, a mirror, a ceramic tile etc etc etc

Is anyone worried about the height of their centerpieces? I saw these beautiful ones (3 tall cylindrical vases, with sticks in them and floating candles), but now i’m wondering if they’d be RIGHT in the guest’s line of sight!

@kristen182: They may, but those are pretty simple centerpieces so I doubt it would bother anyone. I have been to weddings with large, thick floral centerpieces and, yeah, you can’t see the other side of the table 🙂
