I currently have a cylinder vase with a white flameless candle inside (the venue doesnt allow open flame) and then teal ribbon goes around the vase (wedding colors are white and black with slight teal accents). These will be placed on top of a mirror and we will have table numbers (not sure what they will look like yet–my original plan had them being too small and i think they will just get lost). I need something else to add to the centerpiece so they arent BLAH. The tablecloths will be black..
help brides (: pictures will definitely help!

@abales45: You can get floating flameless candles and do something like this
If you have already purchased your candles and they do not float, you can set them on top of the gel beads , or use colored stones, and not use water.
If the budet will allow, you could do 2 smaller glass vases (think Dollar Tree) with the gel beads or stones and a silk flower.

How about a metallic teal table runner under the mirror and adding 1-2 more cylinder vases with crystals or smaller candles inside? You could also make a collar of small-bloomed flowers around each vase (hydrangea, baby’s breath, hypericum berries, etc.). The images below are more cluttered than I was thinking of, but you get the idea.

@abales45: Maybe putting some type of filler or flowers into the vases like this
