I found these at TJ Maxx and picked up a few in lemon, green apple and orange. Our colors are black and white with yellow accents with some orange and green filler. Do you think these would be okay on 90′ rounds for the centerpieces with some tulle or fabric draped around and a few pieces of matching fresh fruit? We can’t have candles, so our choices are limited!

I should mention that we will have 24 tables in a small space, so these would be on the front tables that we have to tear down for the dance (bummer- I know) and then we are looking at taller centerpieces for the back tables such as Eiffel Tower vases.

I think they would be very cute! The fruit colors will pop out against the black and white, and it’s great for an early summer wedding.

It’s too bad you can’t have candles.. I’ve seen some totally cute citrus fruit shaped floating candles online!

Thanks! And it won’t look too casual if I have eiffel tower vases on other tables?

I think it would work just fine since it wouldn’t be on all of your tables and you have some height from your other centerpieces. Very cute!

I like them too, but I think you have to “antique” them up a bit by adding that moss stuff you can buy, I think, on line at save-on-crafts or someplace to put around where the soil would be and have this draping down the sides of the planters. They’ll look richer that way, less plain, less assembly-line manufactured!
But they are darling, even for the bar or dessert table… I like it, and I’m thinking, a good way to cut down on some floral centerpieces, which are gonna run us a fortune.

They’re really cute. How big are they? Are you using one pot per table, surrounded by matching fruit? You should do a trial to make sure the centerpiece isn’t too small for the table.

These are cute! Great find. I love the idea of adding some fabric to give the piece more depth and presence on the table.
