Good morning All!
I have to tell you guys that I went to hobby lobby yesterday, for the first time ever (since the closest one is located an hour from me). It was amazing! and definitely worth the drive. We spent 3 hours in there 😡 haha, but I loved every minute.
…On to the centerpieces…
So we have known that we wanted to have 2 types of centerpieces at our reception. So between the trip to hobby lobby, and some other stuff we bought a couple weeks ago at ikea, I put together some mock-ups last night. The only problem, I cant quite pur my finger on how to “complete the look” on the second one…
First, here is the one centerpiece, complete as is:
And here is the second one, (this is the one that feels incomplete to me):
We tried it with 2 of the little flower/vase (one on each side), but that looked odd. So we were going to scrap that, and then try to involve the twine balls some how, but not sure how to make the display even all the way around, (since I want all the guests at the round tables to get the same type of view)..
Then I suggested maybe putting it on one of those wood slabs, but not sure about that. And then I also woke up this morning thinking as a cheap way to bring in the flower element to this piece as well, maybe just sprinkle ivory rose petals all around the lantern.
What do you ladies think? Any suggestions? Thoughts and comments are greatly appreciated.
