@SoontobeMrsA: hey, i’ve posted mine a few times on here, but here it is again.  this was a trial and i am thinking i might look for dark purple candles other than the lavender you see. and definitely not those flower petals! i will use burgundy from another site i found that sells much better ones and more real looking. and i will get tea light holders for the tea light candles

oh and the candle holder cost $12, the candles and flowers – maybe like $5 per centerpiece? can’t remember.

Here are ours! They cost about $15, but we’re going to put two votives with it and our table numbers, which will be small paintings on white easels.

I got the vases at Lowes and spraypainted them. The plants…probably at Lowes too? Maybe Home Depot? I got a lot of different kinds. About a week before the wedding. I’m bad with plants so I didn’t want to risk having to keep them alive for too long.

Oh no! I lied. I got the original vases at Lowes, then I found them for $3 at Big Lots. I DIYed pretty much our entire wedding, it all gets fuzzy, lol.

Boxes w/ lids ($0-2 each)  Some of them are shoe boxes, and others can be found at Michaels, Goodwill, JoAnns, etc.
Silk Fabric ($1 each)  We bought a whole bolt.
Ribbon (15 cents each)  We bought the ribbon in bulk, and waited for a 50% off sale at Michaels.
Glue (5 cents each) – A guess πŸ™‚
Silk Flowers ($1.50 each)  We bought all the flowers 50% off.

Total cost for 1 box:  $3.70

Total cost per table:  $7.40

-We’re also going to have periwinkle table runners underneath the centerpieces and lit votives around it to complete the look.

I’m a little worried people are sick of looking at mine, but they were about $12 each, DIY.

@SoontobeMrsA: Teapots belonged to various family members and we borrowed a few from my aunt’s antique store.  Other tables had gravy boats, sugar bowls, creamers and ice buckets etc, but the teapots were my favourite.

Here’s one of the ice buckets though, just to switch up from my usual picture.

Here’s a crappy cell phone pic:

In the picture, it’s missing the beads in the vase and the flower petals that will go around it. Altogether, it cost about $12.
