I think if you add little candles around the bottom it would add a little bit. Just curious what is the stuff at the bottom of the vase?

I like the colors and the damask fabric – just not sure about the bowl filler portion? I think it’s kinda hard to tell what it looks like in these photos – I think I’d have to see a clearer photo to tell you more.

I like that idea of putting candles around the bottom (maybe lots of votives?).

I like the concept I just think it needs some minor adjustments. I agree with the tealights around it. I don’t like the flower petals (?) on the outside.

We are are having water/floating candle centerpieces as well and our “filler” is decorative stones.

I really like this. The fabric is gorgeous, and I actually like the filler very much 🙂 But red glass stones from a craft store might also look great.

Maybe spread the rose petals around instead of clumping them at the base? I’m not a fan of scattered tea lights, but maybe try adding some if you want more light, and see how it looks.

i like it, and i agree the flowers need to be more scattered out, someone  suggested that for my potential center piece and i really like the idea.

I like that a lot, but also agree with the extra votives and spreading the petals!  Is that bowl and the inside cylinder one piece?  Or did you put the vase in the dish??  Where did you find those?

Not sure what kinda budget you are on, but I think you should def add some more candles around the glass if you can swing it!

Here are some other alternatives for non-floral centerpieces
