(Closed) Centerpiece Vases After Wedding – What did you do with them?

Lol well they look lovely in my basement. I gave most of them away but sadly, most are still sitting in storage. I did use one to hold my bouquet (I used artificial flowers) and it is sitting in my living room underneath our wedding guestbook frame. My mom jokes about how it looks like I created a shrine to our wedding lol.

Sell them. The reality is that very few couples will ever again have a use for 10, 12  or 20 tall eiffel tower or trumpet vases.

You could always try selling them? Maybe list them in the classifieds on this site? I am sure lots of people are going to be using tall centerpieces like that! 🙂

I havn’t had the wedding yet, but I am planning on giving away most of my center pieces. I make chainmaille, and will be wrapping all my vases, so I know they will go to happy homes for display.

 

@bobsoon2bewife9887:  What is your style of decor? My hon and I are gamers, and our house is full of dark cherry wood with lots of colorful acsents, so I would fill them with 20 sided dice or colorful buttons or marbles.

You could fill them with branches, tall flowers like glads, place wreaths on the top, grasses, pot pourri,

We did not have a plan going in and at the end of the night, people just started taking them..

Our guests took every last one…and we were completely find with it =)
