Have you chosen a color scheme?

You can use traditional fall colors without using leaves

you can use various pieces that don’t use a lot of flowers

these are a bit different- use a terracotta plant saucer as a base, top with a plate the color of your choice, add a cute arrangement of  flowers in a  pumpkin and some berry branches or leaves

or a simple branch DIY- attach silk or tissue paper leaves and have a few silk leaves on the table

@kaitie88:  Hi date twin! Out of those two I like the first one better. We’re doing twine-wrapped jars with either orange and yellow floral arrangements or floating candles.

I love the first one — it’s really pretty and it looks like it’d be easy to do too.  🙂  I think the second one is a cute idea but I think it looks like a little kid made it, lol.

@kaitie88:  You could definitely add to it and make it look nice.  I think it’s a very sweet idea.
