- Wedding: February 2011
I went home this weekend with a mission: My mom and I WOULD decide on centerpieces. My criteria was that I wanted non-floral, semi-wintery, and inexpensive (under $30/table) centerpieces for our jewel toned peacock-accented urban winter wedding.
I’m going to do two different centerpieces… half short half tall.
Mockup of the tall includes a tall vase with gold shimmery branches and peacock feathers surrounded by two different size candles.
I’m really sorry I cannot figure out for the life of me how to rotate an iphone photo. Anyways…. we will have dark blue tablecloths on 60″ round tables. The larger size glass votive holders will have larger candles, but I haven’t bought those yet. And there will be a different gold decorative paper on the bottom. the striped was all i had on hand!
The short are lanterns (I have 3 green and 3 blue, so i guess there will actually be 3 different centerpieces!), surrounded by the same 2 sizes of votives.
So, that’s it! I know its hard to tell on a glass table in a messy kitchen in daylight… but I think I love them!
(And btw I am doing them for about $20 each– amazing!)
