I honestly thought either way looked fine.  This one looks kind of like it’s missing something..or maybe just a little bare?  But perhaps once all the china, chargers, silver, and napkins are in place, it will look fab

Hm, I have to say this one looks “messier” than the first.  I didn’t like this arrangement in the silver vase–it’s much better in the glass.  But I think the fern down the center is making things look a bit sloppy.  My personal opinion would be, ditch the inner fern, ditch the mirror (I just feel like something this huge doesnt need one!)  And add a lot more votives, and possibly some smaller white hydrangea arrangements on the table as well.  I like that this a very different and unpected centerpice, and I think you’ve almost got it perfected!

ps: love the linens and chairs!  Delicious look!

Can I ask how much this centerpiece is going to cost?

I like one and two. These cents are massive. They must be super heavy??

I liked the other one you posted better.  I think if you used more/bigger hydrangeas it would look more like your inspiration.

It’s much better without the fruit but I’m not a fan of the fern inside the glass.  It looks funny.I agree VirginiaMarie and say you don’t need the mirror use more votives instead.

I agree with Jojo bananas.  I like your original silver vase better but just double the amount of hydgrenas you are using.  Also I am not a huge fan of the mirror and votives.  I think taper candles would look great since they mimic the shape of your vase.

@Said YES:  You know what you have going on here:  something different!  Which ROCKS.  But you’ll end up having many people who don’t like it, and some who love it!  I think when we plan something out of the ordinary, we have to expect a lot of critique and varying opinions.  You could take all of our advice, and change them again–but surely others will then chime in with a number of NEW ideas/suggestions/complaints. Ultimately, it matters most that you and your Fiance love it.  I applaud your uniqueness and vision!  I think its awesome whenever someone goes for something unexpected.  Your guests will definitely be impressed!!

I like some of it but … I dunno think some of it is strange… & i say lose the mirror … i dunno to me mirrors are overdone wedding decor (sorry if i offend anyone)

I love everything except the I think they are flowers around the base of the plant…. honestly at first look i thought it was gold christmas bows. I had to really look to realize it was flowers.. maybe it looks different in person but something just looks off there to me… other than that i love it… And I love that it is unique and not your traditional tall “flower” centerpiece

I checked the previous thread and just wanted to let you know I love the perfume bottles.  What a creative idea–I’d love to get one as a favor!  (Sorry for veering a bit off topic . . . )
