If you hav 100 people or fewer then I recommend the McKee botanical garden in Vero. It is gorgeous. We would have had our wedding there if they weren’t having an exhibit during our date.

I could not find any gardens under $1500 in central Florida and I scoured the Internet and wedding books. if your date is flexible you can try to find a state park, they’re usually much cheapest, though most do not have any indoor facilities. Before I books my venue I was considering trying to rent someone’s house/ estate for the weekend.

Check out State, County, and Federal parks in your area for the ceremony.  But many do not have indoor spaces and the few that do are not very wedding friendly.  Plus, June is tough since it’s a super popular wedding month.

Have you checked the parks in the Ocala National Forest or Lake Weir?

The Winter Park Farmers Market is nice you would have to find your own caterer but its 1100 for the day (10 hours) and RC catering is pretty reasonable.

I’m from Cocoa 😉 In Olde Town Cocoa, near the bridge running into Merrit Island, is an awesome weird round park lawn thingy! its gorgeous! when I looked into it, it was $700 (in 2009/2010) but you had to get your own rentals. The community center is nearby, within walking distance. my cousin got married there, but her reception was at Patrick AFB, since her Darling Husband is AF.

idk your budget, but the community center in Port St. John (between Canaveral Groves & Titusville), my other cousin paid $500 for the entire day, including chairs and tables for 150! it was another $250 to get the keys at 5pm the night before to decorate as it was Easter weekend and no one booked the day before. has a full kitchen, and a pass thru that we used as a bar. I do believe tho, they had to have a licensed bartender. that worked for us, bc we’re all FOE members, and members of the club that tend bar, offered to do the bar.

happy hunting. hope it works out!
