@mrsalexander:  I think it needs to be snazzed up a bit. This looks very, very simple to me. It needs something more, especially if it’s the one and only component to your centerpiece.

I think you need more twigs to make it a bit more substantial. I would do a thicker ribbon too, without a bow.

I feel like something needs to go out instead of just up. I feel like if you added something to fill it out a little bit more it would be good.

Not that I think you should do THIS but I think this helps give you an idea of what I mean. It just seems fuller and therefore I believe it just looks better.

I agree on the fullness and going out rather than just up. I really lcent the twig centrepieces I have seen with small candles or jewels hanging from a few on the branches.

@mrsalexander:  I agree with PPs that something is off. I think that is def needs to be fuller and the size of the vase I think the stems need to be shorter

Maybe possibly adding some votives or petals around the outside of it as well. Another thought to make it fuller….maybe adding in a few other types of stems to give it some dimension. Just some thoughts.

Hmmmmm… Something is off, and I think it might be the glowy orb thing. It just doesn’t jive with the rest of the piece. I think smaller orbs in a more neutral color could work better (maybe varrying in size, but small enough to fit in the vase?). Then I would bump up the ribbon width and give the branches more volume (I’ve seen crystals dangles from the branches, and also cool flowers glued on, so maybe that would snazz it up?).
