Hi guys! I need ideas about how to decorate this fireplace. I do not care for the columns and arch that is there, so image that it is gone. I’m thinking some kind of pillar candle display but I’m not sure. Open to ideas.
Thanks guys! 🙂

http://www.ourfinehouse.com/2010_12_01_archive.html What about something like this in the fireplace itself- (ignore the Christmas decorations lol).
And then a tall candelabra on either side, or candle displays on pillars or platforms? I could see that being super elegant and romantic.

@LittleCricket: That is so funny. I was googling ceremony decor with candles and literally just clicked on those pictures as you sent this! Great minds.
Thanks you guys!

I would decorate it like a fireplace:
– pile up some big birch logs in the fireplace and hang a moss monogram or a living wreath over top of the fireplace

-use the same logs with a huge arrangement on either side in your wedding colors
– or fill up the fireplace with giant pillar candles. Those can be very expensive so I would find a way to make fake ones that can be topped with a real pillar candle. You could glue something to cover the joint like ribbon, leather etc.

It’s hard to tell…but is the mantle still there?

@LizLemon: No, there is no mantle. It is an outdoor memorial fireplace.
