After alot of research, I am seriously contemplating having our ceremony for our small wedding of about 30 people, in the Conservatory Gardens in Central Park. From what I have read, they host about 200 weddings there per year and is one of the prettiest places to get married in the park. You pay a decent fee to get a permit and you get a place and time within the private garden. I am wondering if anyone has had their ceremony there or have been to someone else’s ceremony there, and if so, what was your experience? My main concern with this plan is the weather of course. We plan to set a date in Sept ’09. What if it rains, and with our luck, it very well might. You arent allowed to erect a tent, so what would we do?
