I would rent speakers and mics. As for the no music, you will have the fountain “playing” during the ceremony, but maybe you could just have music for the processional and recessional. The event planner probably said that because the fountain is loud and people might not be able to hear the music.

you should see if your officiant has a speaker and microphone, too.  some of them provide their own and you just need to let them know you will need it.

I would check to see if your DJ has microphones.  Mine did.

I agree with mics. And I feel like you’d want music to use for processional and recessional. Maybe you wouldn’t have the vocalist or whatever that some weddings have. But the music will also be made possible via the mics and speakers!

Definitely definitely mics. I think that if you talk to your DJ he should  be able to  help you with this…

future mrs kirsch Congrats! Having a ceremony at a zoo is something very unique. Just curious..What made you want to get married there?

I agree with the other bees you should have a mic and speakers… As for music, I think you should at least have the processional and recessional music..
