Irish Blessing

May God be with you and bless you
May you see your children’s children
May you be poor in misfortune
Rich in blessings
May you know nothing but happiness
From this day forward

May your mornings bring joy and your evenings bring peace
May your troubles grow few as your blessings increase
May the saddest day of your future
Be no worse than the happiest day of your past
May your hands be forever clasped in friendship
And your hearts joined forever in love

Your lives are very special
God has touched you in many ways
May his blessings rest upon you
And fill all your coming days

In  Remembrance

On this most special milestone in our lives, we wish to lovingly remember those close to our hearts who are no longer with us . We know they are here with us in spirit. For those we never had the opportunity to meet, you none the less have had an impact on our lives. To Our Parents

Thank you for always supporting us through the years and for helping to create this beautiful and special day in our lives. Thank you for your patient guidance, your love and your generosity.

 To our Family and Friends

We would like to thank our family and friends for sharing this day with us. Thank you for traveling both near and far to be here. We feel especially lucky to have so many wonderful people in our lives. We hope you have a great time at our wedding celebration and we look forward to sharing many more happy occasions with you.

 To Our Wedding Party

We thank each and every member of our wedding party. You have helped us with so many details and given us the emotional support we needed during the past months. You stand beside us beside us today and we can’t begin to tell you how honored we are that we mean so much to you.

On the front side of our program fans

At the top- Our names, location and wedding date

Then Ceremony Order:

Exchanging of Vows

The Rings

Sand Ceremony

Presentation of the couple

On the other side of our program fans:

The Wedding Party

and the “In Loving Memory”

We did program fans…so we were limited with space on the paper, so we were very vague when putting our ceremony order together.  I would have liked to be more detail oriented with it…(specific readings, blessings, etc) but just did not have room.

Hope this helps.

I kept my programs simple, I just named everyone who was in the wedding and their role. (Maid of Honor… Best Man…). I didn’t have an order of events, probably because I wanted a certian format and to just keep it simple.

My programs are very basic and simple. Its a one side sheet of paper half of the 8.5 x11 letter size.  The order of events will be very similar to Jenroh’s  and the back will be stamped in gold with this awesome stamp I found at michaels and then they will be rolled into scrolls and tied with ribbon like this

I don’t have ours fully planned out, thinking it will go:

Bride and Groom

Wedding Party

Order of Ceremony (Processional, Welcome and Greeting, Marriage Address, Statement of Support and Intention, Exchange of Vows, Exchange of Rings, Prayer of Blessing, Prounouncement, Recessional) *And will print the statement of support out for the guests to join in  as well as the prayer.

In remembrance with names of our loved ones

Title, Artist, and Lyrics of the proessional and recessional songs (as I chose them based on the lyrics and their meaning to us)
