Our GM/groom/pastor will walk in first after the guests are all seated, then the ushers start the procession by leading the mothers to the front of the church where they will light the candles, the BMs will walk down the aisle followed by the Jr BMs (or FGs) and I will follow last.  Does this help?

I haven’t really got this down on paper… but I’m guessing it will go like this: After everyone is seated the groom and groomsmen (along with officiate) will come out and stand at the altar (not walking down the aisle). From there my bagpiper will start playing the processional. Future Brother-In-Law will walk his grandma to her seat, other Future Brother-In-Law will walk his mom to her seat. My brother will walk my mom to her seat. Then BMs will walk down the aisle one by one. No flower girl or ring bearer… Bagpiper will start the new song, and I will walk down the aisle with my dad. Then we’ll start the ceremony.

I’m not sure about the unity candle because it will be outside and extremely hot, so we want to save time. However, if we do a unity candle: Future Brother-In-Law will walk his mom to FI’s candle (at the altar), wait for her to light it, then escort her to her seat. My brother will do the same for my mom afterwards. Then we’ll light the unity candle at some point during the ceremony.

Officiant, groom & groomsmen will be standing at front (not down aisle). parents will already be seated.

My bridesman will walk his groomswoman down the aisle, followed by two bridesmaids, then Maid/Matron of Honor, then Jr. Bridesmaid, then me.

Not doing a unity candle, but right before the vows we’ll do a handfasting ceremony. Or during? Also have to fit in 2 readings somewhere.
