If the guys are escorting the girls then send the bridesmaids down the aisle first.  Whoever stands furthest away from you goes first.  After the bridesmaids and groomsmen are in place send the Maid/Matron of Honor and best man (unless you plan for him to stand with the groom the whole time).  Then send the flower girls.  Then you.  We’re not having the guys escort the girls so all the girls will walk solo in the order above.  During the recessional, you will leave, followed by the flower girls, followed by the Maid/Matron of Honor and best man, followed by everyone else in order.  Did that make sense?

I would send the juniors right before the Bridesmaid or Best Man and Maid/Matron of Honor

It depends. I’ve been at weddings where the Best Man escorts MOB. Usually the Future Father-In-Law and Future Mother-In-Law walk down together. It depends on how you want them to come out. Sometimes the Best Man and the Groom walk out together, and the MOB walks on her own. I would ask your mom who she would like to walk with. and it also depends on your ceremony locations. Different religions do this differently as well. A lot of times, all of the groomsmen come out with the groom from like a room to the side of the altar or front of the church and don’t walk down the aisle at all.
