(Closed) Ceremony…cocktail hour… reception… all in the same area…HOW?

Your plans sound fine.  Would there be a way to have the chairs moved or picked up so that they don’t take up so much room in the ceremony area afterwards?  Either by some family members/friends or your coordinators?

I agree with IA Snowflake, assign some people to pick up the chairs and move them aside.  The rest of the plan is fine, no worries ;o)
