I need advise
OKay so here is how our wedding is laid out.. ceremony ouside on a small grassy area and reception close by on a larger grassy area with tables both under the tent and out from under the tent. There isnt really any extra room on either grassy area. There is a beautiful gazebo that overlooks the ceremony area and is close to it, and a path that surrounds both areas.
So my QUESTION is… after the ceremony where do my and my fiance go (and the wedding party i guess). We are thinking of having the cocktail hour up at the gazebo and ceremony area but I am concerned with all the chairs that will be taking up the whole ceremony area, and the gazebo is large, but not large enough for all 160-180 people. Do the guests mingle up and around the ceremony area and gazebo, then we come back, then we are guided to find our seats at the reception area close by? Would it be easiest to do a reception line?
Logistically it is a bit hard to figure out but its an AMZAZING park venue, secluded with gorgeous views- I know I will be able to figure it out- but hopefully with the help of some bees.
