You can buy them online cheaper than you can rent them most of the time.  I got mine for less than 2.50 per chair, then you can resell them.

Check out CV Linens.  I haven’t got chair covers from them, but I did get chair sashes and tablecloths and I loved them. Good price and extremely fast shipping.

Please be aware that if you purchase them online, that you will need to iron every single one of the covers before use.  Also, you will need the space to store them on hangers since it almost impossible to iron them all at one time.  Good luck!

I would probably leave the black chairs uncovered, rather than have the contrast of white. Black and navy are a great combination.

You may want to consider Sculptware for chair cover rentals. You need not worry about most of the concerns addressed above if you choose to rent spandex chair covers. They look elegant and are a preferred substitute to the conventional chair covers. Shipping, processing time, quality of the chair covers and the pricing is not an issue with Sculptware. They ensure that the rented items are delivered in time and are ready to install. You can request a quote online and see if it suits your requirements. However, if quality and service is your priority, then do not give a second thought to renting linens from Sculptware. Hope this helps.
