I really want to do chair covers for our wedding reception. Our reception venue is very nice.. except for their chairs! They have available white chair covers for $4 each but I will have to supply the sashes. I found a website (http://www.efavormart.com/chaircoverandsashes.aspx) that I can get my 110 need sashes for about $80 which isn’t too bad. Is it acceptable to just cover the chairs without the sashes or would that look weird?

@BlondeBeachBride2011: I don’t think that’d look weird at all. I just bought chair covers & sashes today from: http://www.tableclothsfactory.com/?gclid=CPiQtvKegqoCFVDCKgodXmeQyA I wanted to buy because buying costs as much as it does to rent AND I can resell them.

@BlondeBeachBride2011: You should try chaircoverfactory.com I brought my chair sashes from there in satin I got 80 for $57. The organza one are cheaper. Good Luck!

I think you should look at chair covers from other places like the links the bees have listed I feel like 4 a chair is a bit steep!! And I think that you could probably get away with not having sashes, but if you can get them for cheap just do it so it has the complete look.

I bought ours… It cost just as much to rent as it did to buy, so it made sense to buy them. Plus, since I’m the wedding coordinator at the woman’s club I belong to, I’ll be able to rent them out and recoup my investment.
