I LOVE mimosas, and really thought it would be fun to have “champagne cocktails” at my wedding. My close friends enjoy them as well. The site that I am having the reception at requires a certain bar to run the event. However, they do not carry sparkling wine or champagne so I am allowed to provide that. I do not want it to appear that the drinks compete with the bar. I am thinking I could have the champagne bottles on the table and a small basket of things to mix with it with some ideas on things to mix?….or a mixing table where people can mix there own? Does anyone have ideas that I could do a champagne cocktail without it appearing to compete with the bar.
