i would do ikea – http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/50015122 . If you bought enough for 100 people, it’d be $85.  You could sell those after the fact.  Or you could post a wanted ad in the classifieds, or cost share with another bride.  It’s just not a champagne toast without the glasses.  If you don’t get them, i’d skip it entirely and have the toast seem more spontaneous so people use their water or current drinks.  But it’s nice to have a toasting glass so that you know it’s full for everyone during the toast.

We aren’t doing a champagne toast (it will be available if someone wants it of course, but we aren’t passing it out to everyone for a toast)…BUT if you are set on it, I would really suggest the Dollar Tree…you can get champagne glasses for a dollar there, and you can even buy them in bulk from their website!

Also, I don’t know how you feel about it, but the Dollar Tree also sells packages of maybe 6 or so plastic champagne glasses; you could buy a bunch of those and spend just a few dollars…they would be one time use, but they would serve the purpose of a champagne toast…
