It’s difficult to say without seeing the colors on you.  They can make a fair difference depending on your undertones and how fair your skin is.

It is difficult to judge without seeing you in both colors. I will say though that Allure ivory is very white still. It was by far the lightest ivory I tried on in dress designers. So would you rather have an almost white dress or something with a little color?

That champagne is still pretty and light, so I think @Pinkmoon:  put it the best!

Ooh, I love the champagne. Although it seems too light for champagne! (Maybe that’s why I like it so much) I would have to see it on you to know for sure which looks better.

I LOVE the champagne, and there was a big discussion about this a week ago – here’s the thread:

Did I make the right choice? Ivory over champagne custom.

I wore Allure 8800 in champagne (with an ivory slip and silver beading), and I looooooved it and got so many compliments on it. The color made me look really tan, too! We’re just starting to get back some guest photos, here’s a few where you can see the color of the dress:

I bought my Allure 9002 in Ivory.  When I tried on and bought my dress I even know there were two colour choices! I am also having my wedding in September 2013!

Here is a picture of me in the dress.  The quality isn’t the best as it was taken on a cell phone.

@Bungee16:  I purchased this gown in February 2013 for my wedding in May 2014. The price of this gown is dependent upon the Bridal Salon you purchase it from and can vary based on whether it was purchased during a trunk show. When my gown arrives, it is my goal to sell it, as I have had a change of heart. My gown is set to arrive in mid summer 2013 and it is my hope that it will make one lovely bride feel as happy and as beautiful as it I felt when I first tried on the gown. I hope this information helps. If any bride is interested in this gown and would like additional specifics, please do not hesitate to contact me.

My dress has finally arrived in store!! It’s as beautiful as I remember it.  Big sigh of relief that it’s not as big as I thought it would be.  Here are some quick pics. I could finally see how the corset back looks like <3

ps: The dress looks a bit wrinkly as it hasn’t been steamed yet.

@geenag33:  Thanks!!  I love the dress!  I’m sure the dress looks awesome on you too!  My friends were in awe at it.  My maid of honor was speechless =)

The crystals/embroidery/beading look super sparkly and glamorous!  Definitely looks expensive.  I can’t wait to see it again at my next fitting.  Next task: finding a simple long veil.

Make sure you show us pictures when you get it in!
