Colored shoes look awesome, but I thought about it and realized they’re not for me — at least until the reception.  Could you consider being a two-shoe bride?  Also, post a picture of your dress!  That might help people weigh in!

This picture is your shoe? Its beautiful. I def thought about the colored shoe too…but its not for me. Plus I dont want people looking at my shoe and how it stands out…i want them looking at me. I guess its all in what you choose. I think colored shoes look awesome…but like bruschetta said…not for me. Thats also another great idea what about two shoes? And if you did buy colored shoes and didnt like them with your dress…couldnt you wear them for something other than your wedding so fiance wouldnt think you were blowing the money?

haha, i’m the same way! Sometimes i can’t help but doubt my choices b/c everyone else’s are SO COOL! But i’d go crazy perfecting every little detail when people probably will end up noticing 10% of what i actually end up doing! Oh the insanity of it all

after looking at your dress, i think a colored shoe would stand out too much.  i’m also torn about having fun yellow shoes (my colors are yellow and navy blue) but I dont think the bright shoe will go well with my dress.

My wedding dress is an oyster/champagne color so i think it makes it more antique-looking -i’m leaning towards sticking with a champagne color.  I think the shoes that you already have will go really well with your dress.

Love your dress and your shoes.  I went crazy with shoe color, but that is just so who I am… don’t be afraid to do what you want, but also don’t feel like you have to do what some other bees are doing.

It’s going to be beautiful either way!

Red shoes for me.  Will give the dress a punch of color and show my personality!

I hate to go off subject, but where are those shoes from?  They are great!  I agree it might be too much for your dress, but I know how you feel about wanting to do something different and crazy! =)

I’m planning on wearing black shoes, but I’m also planning on wearing a light gray gown{vow renewal}, so I don’t think they’ll stick out too much. I do agree that the blue might be a little much for that gown. I don’t know why though. LOL I love the shade of blue, it’s beautiful!

I love your dress!  Looking at it, I’d root for the champagne, but as Bruchetta said, I’ve already decided that colored shoes are not for me.
