    Change shoes! :)

    Don't bother :)

I think tea length dresses look nicer with a heeled shoe than with flats, so if it were me I would probably change shoes, but if it’s too much hassle then I think the flats would be fine too. The full length blush gown sounds gorgeous btw. I love blush colored wedding gowns!

We must see the shoes and the dress to give an informed decision! But with what you’ve said I agree with the poster above.

First off, I LOVE the dress and shoe combo! So, I don’t think you would need to change the style at all. If you did want to add a pop of color, I think a royal blue would be awesome! If you’re concerned about flats vs heels, I often do a small wedge. It makes me feel more feminine without compromising support.

Beautiful dresses!  I usually find Stuart Weitzman shoes to be pretty comfortable, but everyone’s foot shape is different (much as I love how they look, I can’t wear Manolo’s for any extended period of time).  If you do decide on heels to change into, I’d recommend walking around in them at home while wearing athletic socks to break them in a bit.

This style in particular from SW is pretty comfortable, they regularly carry them in a variety of colors/fabrics, and the metallic velvet is even on sale.  Pretty for a fall/winter wedding!

I love both you’re dresses.  The reception dress is calling out for a kitten heel to me. Lol.  I don’t know how you’d feel about that with your back though?  Personally, I’d pick a dressier shoe for the reception dress.  I’ve seen some nice embellished flats.

I love both dresses and I love those shoes for the wedding gown, I would change the shoes for the reception dress, I do like PP suggestion of blue shoes… I think a wedge type heel or a shorter heel would be best!

I voted change shoes solely (haha, get it) for the excuse to buy TWO pairs of shoes. LOL

I also don’t tolerate a heel well, so wearing them for a short period of time before fun festivities would be a good option for me to get fancy shoes that I normally wouldn’t wear.

I don’t think any footwear on earth is worth doing your back in for, so I vote to stay with the flats.  It’s only convention anyway that heels are ‘smart’ – buck the trend and do your own thing!
