@axeyourmakeupkit:  IMO, completely rational!! i held my wedding off another year and a half so we could get married on our anniversary!

How far apart are the two dates?  I think it would be ok to just celebrate both (maybe do something bigger on only one of the days though).  We are lucky in that our dating anniversary was June 11 and we got married on June 2 so it’s not a big difference.  We’ll celebrate the 2nd but take note of the 11th.  🙂

@axeyourmakeupkit: that makes me sound crazy doesnt it? i guess i should throw in there that we have been living together for over four years so the wedding part isnt a rush 🙂

By The Way im nit using proper punctuation bc im on my tablet. gah i really felt the need to justify that!

We plan to get married in early May, and our dating anniversary is April 30. I’m still keeping both in mind because they are both important to me.

I’d celebrate both! Why not? Fiance and I are planning to celebrate 3: when we had our first kiss, when we have our small (6 people) legal church ceremony, and when we have our big destination wedding in Mexico.
