Any store specific credit cards, utility bills, mortgage/lease documents, etc.  You have all the big ones.  You’ll find other stuff crop up that still has your maiden name on it, and you can just change it as you find them.

SIN Card and you should call the CRA to change your name and “link” you and your Darling Husband so that you can do your taxes together. That’s about it for the important stuff.

Also, as abbie017 you will find things as you go and can just change these as you find them. For example a library card, paypal account, Anything online really (facebook, twitter, log-in usernames). What I did is a went thru my wallet and took our every card that had my name on it and changed it. I also had to call the parmacies that I go to and change the name on my prescriptions.

Email accounts, health and car insurances, policy beneficiaries, retail credit cards or memberships, vetetinarian, doctors and dentist offices, passport, toll booth prepay membership, post office, pharmacy, any personal licensing or certification, reorder checks, student loan or other lenders, alumni memberships/transcript offices, retirement accounts, tax software or cpa office, online shopping like etsy/eBay/amazon/PayPal/etc, social media like LinkedIn, fb, Twitter etc.
