Is the 100 person minimum in your contract? If not, they can’t hold you to it.

I like the look of the boat better, but since some people could feel seasick, i’m not so sure about it?

My Fiance and I attended a wedding on an Elektra cruise – looks like the same boat even (or same model, anyway).

We had a nice time, and the big upside was there was a definite “stop” time, that we could choose to continue locally if we wanted.

However, Fiance complained about it beforehand and still does, and if it wasn’t a good friend of mine, he wouldn’t have gone.  He gets seasick, but that wasn’t even it (he had no issues with that) – he really doesn’t like the idea of being “trapped”.  You can’t leave in case something happens or you just have to go.  Everyone is held captive.  I have to admit, that aspect was not alluring, but didn’t bother me as much, but Fiance continues to be perturbed whenever it comes up.

    i vote against boat.

1 – people might get seasick

2 – what if someone has an emergency and has to leave, they are stuck on the boat
