I am thinking of changing the date from 9/22/12 to 5/19/12 due to the fact my Fiance and myself are now full time students and employees. We both know it will be alot to miss a whole week of school to take our honeymoon after our wedding.
The pros are:
- it will not be really hot,
- I will be out of school
- We will have 11 days off of work since it falls into a holiday
- It is closer to Income tax time for people to be able to afford the wedding supplies
- payday weekend
The cons are:
- Less time to save
- Price of everything
- having it so close to final exams
Tell me bees what you think I should do?

I say go for the change. You will be out of school for about 19 days give or take. So that gives you enough time for last minute details. The only con I see is that y’all will be married before school starts in the fall and will have to pay for that on your own. If you have school loans that shouldn’t be a problem. But it created a huge problem with Fiance and I last week… when we realized he no longer has financial aid. Boo.

It sounds like it will be better to do it early BUT remember that you will have to buckle down on a few things to get it done.

Being in school full time right now I say don’t change it to the proposed date but move it to the intercession week between summer and fall semesters. I say this because the last think you want is last minute wedding stress to collide with end of semester stress, I think something will suffer, better to steer them clear of each other
